I had a wonderful experience getting my eyebrows done here. The pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service you receive. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish everyone was super nice, polite, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and took their time to ensure my brows looked perfect. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great service at an amazing price.

I have been coming to Renu for years! I started at the Yonkers location and now conveniently come to the New Rochelle location. My eyebrows always get compliments and now she offers lash lift which I am also pleased with.

I am very upset with the way I was treated. My technician got wax in my hair and had no remorse for what she did. She told me just to wash my hair despite the fact that wax and water repeal each other. It took me an hour and half process to remove the wax from my hair and she charged me full price and asked for a tip. I was appalled. On top of that she forgot to wax many areas and left hair on my arms.
